I'm in the process of closing a transaction for a client of Kevin's. The appraisal came in below the purchase price. Rather than balk and blame the appraisal for the lower value like a lot of less experienced agents would, Kevin used the lower purchase price (fair value) to negotiate a better price for his client. He was a consummate profession throughout this transaction. Cool, calm, reasonable, professional and experienced.
